Our staff is:

Well-versed with senior living: Managing a housing facility has never been easy, and meeting all the requirements of seniors can be quite challenging. Our staff has a deep understanding of issues that affect the mental and physical health of our elderly. This, together with a constant desire to make all residents as comfortable as possible helps them give more than their best. 

Highly qualified and experienced:  Experience and education in senior living homes enables our staff and volunteers to deal with all senior issues in a timely and efficient manner. Moreover, we hire individuals on the basis of their professional expertise, their motivation to work for the elderly and their sensitivity to our retired residents. We believe that in order to succeed you must have a passion for your work. 

Extremely dedicated: From volunteers who come in to conduct computer classes, to office staff and our visiting doctors and nurses, our team is among the most qualified and dedicated that the industry has to offer. In fact our executive director, Lionel Kier, who is the driving force behind our success, has had the distinction of receiving numerous awards.

Bi-lingual: A number of our staff members and volunteers are bi-lingual. This facilitates communication with many of our residents who are not well-versed with English.
