Seniors need round-the-clock health and medical services.
A senior living community must ensure its residents have access to health facilities.

If you are 55+ and live in Mercer, Burlington and Hunterdon Counties, NJ or Bucks County, PA then Click to call or submit a request for more information on life in our senior living community.

Easy access to health services for preventive medicine as well as in emergencies are the hallmark of any reliable senior living home. At Trent Center Senior Living Communty we make the well-being of our residents our number one priority. Conveniently located in the heart of Trenton we are a short distance from numerous health services.

Click to call or submit a request online for more information on our affordable and well served senior apartments for residents in the areas of Mercer, Burlington and Hunterdon Counties, NJ and Bucks County, PA. Our dedicated service is second to none.

We provide:

  • Access to community health: As our seniors value their independent living arrangements they need the assistance of local health services to preserve their lifestyle. Home health aide and charity care with various hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers and many others help us coordinate health services required by our residents.
  • Monthly screenings: A podiatrist comes to Trent Center West once a month.
  • Flu shots: Each Fall we host flu shots for our residents and community in association with a City of Trenton nurse.
  • Outreach program for diabetes: To serve those of our residents who have diabetes, we are working on an outreach program for the prevention and management of diabetes.
  • Case Management: Being uprooted from one’s culture, a poor understanding of the new homeland, language barriers and lack of meaningful contact with persons outside family can cause isolation and depression among our ethnic minorities. We are working on a community outreach program that is tailored to their needs.
Our partners in health care:

  •  Greenwood House Nursing Home
  •  City of Trenton
  •  St. Francis Medical Center
  •  Visiting Nurses Associations
