Arts and crafts give our senior living community a chance to display their creativity.
Whether it is making something for the grandkids and other members of their family, putting together items for a church or community fair, or breaking out into a song, our seniors are always happy to have an opportunity to display their artistic abilities. In fact we are most often surprised by their hidden talents.
Trent Center Senior Living Community encourages creative expression of its seniors. Many of our tenants are also skilled in knitting, crochet and embroidery and are always willing to share their knowledge with others. We are always on the look out for community groups and volunteers to organize a day of arts and crafts (which we host every month) for our senior living home.
Our seniors also look forward to the musical and theatrical performances by local schools, communities and church groups. Poetry readings are also a hot favorite and have even inspired our seniors to write some of their own.
